We did a whole lot of stuff this weekend!
Friday night we had Mexican food with my in-laws to celebrate my father-in-law's birthday. Afterwards we went back to their house for cake and to watch Ben's Thursday night football game that they recorded on DVR.
Saturday we woke up early to run around town. Long story short we ran errands at Ross, PetSmart, Toys R Us, Academy, Home Depot, my MIL's school for the Fall Festival, Dick's Sporting Goods, Target. Then Betsy took a nap and got dressed for Trick Or Treating (see pics in the post below).
Sunday we went to church, out to breakfast, Wal-mart (twice), Ben mowed and edged the front and back yards and caulked the trim around the garage and back porch, I cut Maddie's hair, sewed a bunch of Christmas gifts, cleaned house, ran to Bed Bath and Beyond and Old Navy to make returns, and the Dollar Store to get boxes to wrap presents. Then my in-laws came over for dinner and to see Bets in costume.
It doesn't sound like it but it was a really fun weekend because we spent the whole time together. Ben even offered to put up the Christmas tree this weekend, but I think I'll hold off at least one more week :)
